Frequently Asked Questions

A. Absolutely. Most of our clients start as complete beginners. The machines can be adjusted to very low resistance, so even those who feel they lack physical fitness can work out safely and comfortably.

A. Yes. The owner personally handles everything from the initial consultation to every session. She provides consistent, attentive support through all stages — from pregnancy through the postnatal period.

A. Yes! We welcome clients from around week 16 onward who have received clearance from their doctor to exercise. We always check in on how you are feeling that day and proceed at a pace that is comfortable and safe for you.

A. We generally recommend starting after your one-month postnatal check-up, once your doctor has given the go-ahead. If you had a caesarean section, please consult your doctor before booking.

A. Yes, absolutely. Our studio is a fully private space designed with infants and young children in mind. We provide a bouncer and simple toys. Please feel at ease even if your baby cries — it is no problem at all.

A. Yes, you are welcome to bring your stroller right into the studio. If your baby is asleep, they can stay in the stroller throughout the session. Since it is a fully private space, there is no need to worry about other people.

A. Male clients are welcome on a referral-only basis. We are happy to accept bookings from men who are introduced by an existing client.

A. Please wear comfortable, stretchy workout clothes. A changing area is available in the studio.

A. As a boutique studio with a limited number of sessions per day, availability can fill up quickly. Existing members are given priority, so if you are interested in a trial lesson, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

A. Please let us know by the day before your session if you need to cancel. Same-day cancellations will count as one session used. If you are feeling unwell, please do not push yourself — contact us and we will find a solution together.

A. Weekdays 9:00–16:00 (Closed on weekends and public holidays)

A. We do not have a dedicated parking or bicycle parking area. Please use a nearby coin-operated car park or public transport.
